We hope you are in love with your purchases from The Puzzle People. However if for any reason you want to return it, we can assist you with a return with your original receipt, or if you have no receipt, an exchange or a credit note.
Our policy lasts for 14 days.
Exclusions for a return:
- Any item that is unsaleable due to misuse of negligence on behalf of the customer
- Sale items - items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional codes).
To return a product, ship to our Richmond store address (shown at bottom of page). Product must meet the following criteria:
Product is returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Unless the product is faulty, it must still be in a saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend sending returns via trackable, secure postage methods as we will not take responsibility for items not being received.
Once your return is accepted and you opt for a credit note, we will issue you a credit note in the form of a Gift Voucher 1-2 days after being accepted.
Gift Voucher will be received through email and will have a code that can be used at checkout.
Store credits are available for 3 years.
Once your return is accepted and you opt for an exchange, you can choose a product you want to exchange for.
- If there is a price difference that is greater than your original purchase you can pay the difference over the phone at our Richmond store.
- If there is a price difference that is lower than your original purchase, the money will be refunded back to you via an electronic funds transfer.
After this, your new product will be sent 1-2 business days.
For faulty or damaged items, we will inspect product and either will repair, replace or give full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
