What a great place for puzzlers, pop culture fans, board gamers, and everything in between! Not only do they have a fabulous variety of quality puzzles to cater to almost anyone, it's the friendly staff that I'd keep coming back for. Julie was so warm and knowledgeable about all things puzzles, it was an absolute highlight. Thanks for creating such a fun and inviting space for everyone who visits!

Went to their puzzle and wine event last night with a group of friends. Went thinking I'd stay ten minutes. Five hours later we were still there and we'd finished the edges! Who'd have thought? It was a really, really good night. Good job guys.
Stopped into The Puzzle People yesterday on our way back to Hobart and we are so glad to have made the stop! This is a hidden gem and well worth a visit. As a Doctor Who fan, it is hard to find places with such a good selection. It was awesome to browse and find some awesome Doctor Who books. A beautiful, welcoming store, with very friendly people. I look forward to visiting again when next in Tassie
While touring the town of Richmond we found this amazing game store! Such a large variety and Steve was very helpful, cheerful and passionate about his store. He knew a lot about his products and gave us great recommendations. He was beyond lovely to us and others who visited the store to browse. Warm interactions like this are what make a good trip a great one.
Julie showed us around her magical store, full of more puzzles than I could believe existed. So many types of puzzles and you can order more if they don’t have it.
There is even an online shop to provide later sales and delivery. They make a lot of their own puzzles, unique to Tasmania. Highly recommended to visit and enjoy the hospitality, Julie should also open an information booth here. She has a wealth of knowledge to assist your Tassie Travels.

I wanted to write in to say thank you! I ordered 7 puzzles for my grandmother and it was such an easy process! I spoke to Julie on the phone twice who was lovely and showed such great customer service and care. Plus the puzzles came really fast! If you are looking at this page considering buying some puzzles, you can trust it to be a quick and easy process with the puzzle people!

My boys shop he regularly and the oldest is a huge Dr Who fan, Steve who runs this shop always takes the time to discuss old and new episodes and gives good advice on which books to choose. He really goes the extra mile with my boys I highly recommend this store.

What a great little store for all your puzzles, boardgames, puppets and Merch. The lady who greeted us was so polite and passionate about her store and shared some insight on specific games. Great service all around. Must check it out if you are passing Richmond!
Not only a must stop when you visit Richmond, but make the trip from anywhere in Tassie!! Such a wide array of high quality puzzles with exceptional and friendly service. Will definitely be including the Puzzle People on any future trips to the Apple Isle!
